Meet Your Hosts

  • Matt

Matt first heard DMB in High School and now 125 shows later is as committed to the band as ever. His favorite concert moment has to be Fenway in 06 although Halloween at MSG and Dave and Tim in Mexico are close.

Matt would like you to know that he very much dislikes Cornbread, longs for the older iteration of the band, and thinks it is a crime against humanity that The Last Stop was ever truncated. Tune into The Pod That Jane Likes for Matt’s constructively critical but always loving take on the band.

  • Trisha

Trisha, also known as Trishdmb23 on Instagram, is an activist, organizer and lives for the next show. Her first show was Dave and Tim in 1999, and her favorite shows were Dave and Tim Mexico 2022! Her favorite band moment was Seek up at Spac in 2001. If you know you know!

Trisha unapologetically lives a #dmblife, loves every show no matter the set, and generally thinks the band can do no wrong. Tune into the pod that Jane likes to hear her gush about the band, the people the band brought into her life, and amplify Dave’s voice on all political and social justice issues.

  • Jeanette

Jeanette, also known as @jennydmb, has been following the Dave Matthews Band for over 25 years and has been to over 253 shows. Her first show was June 7, 1998 at Giants Stadium, and once the boys took the stage, she never looked back.

Jeanette eats, sleeps and breathes the Dave Matthews Band. Her favorite DMB concert memory has got to be the infamous Two Step in the rain on June 11, 2001, again at Giants Stadium.

You may have already heard Jeanette’s voice on Sirius XM’s DMB Radio requesting Lie In Our Graves, her absolute favorite song to hear live. What song she doesn’t like to hear live?? Old Dirt Hill. Don’t @ her. But all kidding aside, this band has brought her so much joy over the last 25 years… especially the friends she’s met, the places she’s seen, and most importantly the music that has touched her soul.

  • Shawn

Shawn is a true aficionado whose journey with DMB began amidst the Napster-era musical revolution. The fusion of #41 rolling into Say Goodbye captivated his senses like nothing before, leading to a baptism at the 2006 Hershey, PA tour stop—an experience that forever cemented his allegiance to the band. Shawn's concert repertoire reads like a love letter to DMB, with standout memories including a Fourth of July show in Saratoga and a euphoric celebration during the band's 25th anniversary weekend in Charlottesville. Shawn enjoys cold drinks at Millers, reminiscing about old bus stations at 5 AM, crafting captivating DMB Society content, or diving headfirst into the depths of DMB statistics. Tune in to The Pod That Jane Likes to catch Shawn lay out narratives on the historical significance of DMB events and his poignant reminders to always make the best of what's around.
